Research Object: includes social and economic development processes in rural areas, as well as the efficiency factors for these processes. The goal: develop theoretical, methodological and methodical principles of improvement in the organizational and economic principles of rural development. Research Methods: include general theoretical methods of studying of economic processes, dialectical method, systemic analysis, fundamentals of the economic theory, systemic and structural method, abstract and logical method, statistical methods, correlations and regressions. The Theoretical Results: include specification of the "integrated rural development" term, which includes improvement in the life standards of rural population through improvement in its self-sufficiency and social security levels through restructuring of its economic activities. Practical Results: to mark factors on employment and money level, development social sphere. The Scientific Novelty of the Obtained Results: model based on creation of regional partnerships; the model of social sector in rural areas, based on search for new owners of the social infrastructure elements, new financing sources and use of innovative approaches towards provision of services to agricultural producers and rural residents, growth methodical principle for low level areas.
