Kucher S. Administrative and economic maintenance of transformations of seashore city's recreation system

Object of research: functioning of health-recreation system (HRS) of seaside city. The purpose of research: adaptation of health-resort recreation system of seaside city to market conditions. Methods of research: the system approach; logic generalization, graphic, comparison; economic-mathematical, correlation-regression; the factoring-stochastic, abstract-logic analysis both synthesis. Theoretical and practical results: are profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules on management of development of health-resort recreation system, namely, maintenance of organizationally-economic transformations of an economic complex are advanced. The theoretical rules are lead up to a level of the concrete practical offers and recommendations creating preconditions of forward development HRS of seaside city. Were used: by the Zaporozhye regional organization of trade union of the workers of public health services of Ukraine; By executive committee Berdyansk urban advice by the Zaporozhye province; Closed Joint-stock Company "Priazovresort" "by Clinical sanatorium "Berdyansk"; in educational process of the Azov regional institute of management of the Zaporozhye national technical university Ministry of education and science of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the organizationally-economic model of two levels is developed: operational and functional-territorial; the marketing support of transformations in HRS is offered. Are advanced: the approaches to clustering to the analysis of functioning HRS of seaside city; the methodical approaches to definition of productivity of organization of work of the recreational enterprises; the interbranch approach to the analysis of productivity of functioning HRS of city; methods of economic integration of the subjects of economic activity HRS. Have received the further development: definition of concept "health-resort recreation system of seaside city"; theoretical rules concerning elements HRS; The approaches to organizationally-economic maintenance of transformations in HRS.
