The new application of the method of Natural Impulse Electromagnetic Field of the Earth (NIEMFE) NIEMFE got further development at researches of the nature and man-caused systems with the purpose of localization and explanation of the nature of break derangements of the man-caused and natural origin on the basis of experience of application of NIEMFE on concrete construction grounds in Kramatorsk, Kharkiv and Crimea. Valid conclusion approach is offered scientifically to the study of the anisotropic state of rocks round the impulsive source of seismic vibrations. Principles and phases of the operating monitoring are certain with the use of method of NIEMFE on potentially dangerous in a geological relation territories (on the example of areas of trans-main gas pipelines). For three-dimensional mapping of the tensely-deformation state of ground array at research of dangerous engineer-geological territories it is necessary to draw on the complex of geophysical methods, including NIEMFE, electrometry and seismometry. The basic methodical features of implementation of the field works is their stage. On the first stage the route of gas pipeline is broken up on separate regional segments, on which fund materials, published materials, are studied on geology, tectonics, geomorphology, as a result of which get primary information about possible spatial existence of the tensely deformed state of rocks.
