Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of regularities of the phase formation in the induced micellar-extraction systems of nonionic surfactants and the interphase distribution of the non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The optimal conditions for the effective micellar extraction of various pharmaceuticals were recommended. On the basis of data obtained the procedures for HPLC determination of naproxen, mefenamic acid and indomethacin with the micellar-extraction preconcentrating from urine were elaborated.
