Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of early RA disease course and diagnostics: "preclinical" period characteristics, disease debut, comparative validity of anti-CCP antibodies and RF in RA detection. The data received showed the low informative value of ACR diagnostic criteria and advisability of EULAR recommendation usage for RA revealing. The symptoms of disease debut and different RA serological variants were described and more positive prognosis of seronegative RA variant was established. It was find out the high sensitivity and specificity of anti-CCP antibodies in RA detection. The absence of interconnection between anti-CCP antibodies and patients' age, sex, some clinical and laboratory parameters demonstrates their relative objectivity, and increases their diagnostic value. The presence of RA patients' category with a negative serum anti-CCP antibodies results, but with a positive RF serum revealing, indicates the advisability of both markers detection in RA diagnostics
