Scherbak M. Diagnosis and conservative treatment traumatic spondylopathy of children

This work is aimed to define the risk factors the children’s traumatic spondylopathy. Main syndromes of disease have been established and dynamics of traumatic spondylopathy clinical development has been studied. The research has been done in respect of change dynamics of clinical –laboratory biological liquids data and misbalance of different homeostasis sections (mineral homeostasis and hormonal hypophysis background, thyroid, common tissue condition) has been evaluated in the cases of children with traumatic spondylopathy. Results of instrumental research have been analyzed. Efficiency of medical measurements was estimated with dynamics of a pain syndrome and power characteristics of extensors and abdomen muscles by using of tensodynamometry. Authentic reduction of pain syndrome, tone of paravertebral muscles normalisation, increasing of trunk muscles power characteristics were ascertained. The methods of roentgenologic, biochemical, statistical analysis of the obtained results of treatment of 70 patients, proved high efficiency of the offered method of treatment.
