Object of research - system СО2- Н2О- СО2 nН2O . The work purpose - studying on the basis of theoretical and experimental researches of laws of course of processes hydrate formation, freezings watergashydrate suspension and fusion icegashydrate capsules СО2, reception of the equations for engineering calculations of these processes. Research methods. In work methods of experimental definition were used: equilibrium pressure and temperature in СО2- Н2О- СО2 nН2O , speed hydrate formation СО2 in water and water ethanol solution, time of freezing of suspension СО2 -Н2О-CО2 nН2O , fusion time icegashydrate capsules СО2, mathematical modelling of formation icegashydrate capsules СО2. At processing of the received experimental data methods of thermodynamics of solutions, heat exchange theories were used. Experimental researches were spent by means of the modern measuring equipment. Certain mathematical dependences which allow to count speed of process hydrate formation СО2 in water and water ethanol solution, formation time icegashydrate capsules СО2, heat emission of gaswater mixture to a surface of capsules. Technological decisions on application icegashydrate capsules СО2 are developed by manufacture of soft drinks and for recycling СО2 from saturator gases of the sugar manufacture, protected by patents of Ukraine, algorithms and a programmno-software for modelling of process freezing watergashydrate suspensions. Results of work are used in educational process.
