Thesis is devoted to the investigation of Cauchy problem and to the problem pulse action for parabolic differential and pseudodifferential equations of higher order, two-point boundary problems and the problems search of periodical solution. To solve this problems there was schemed the solution learned its properties, the correctness theorem was proved, there were established requirements to the parameters, for the only solution.
