A decision scientifically-applied task, consisting in development of bases of technology of making steel centrifugal the cast bimetallic rollers of the promoted firmness for machines of the continuous casting of billets (MCCB) dissertation is devoted. Operating firmness, structure and properties of material of the serial forged rollers is probed. Influence of basic chemical elements on a structure and properties of materials of working and internal layers of bimetallic the centrifugal casting rollers of different executions is probed. Chemical composition of complex alloy steel for the worker of layer of rollers is optimized, on which a copyright certificate is got on an invention. The rational technological constructions of the cast rollers which provide the economy of alloying elements due to scientific the grounded correlation of working and internal layers are developed. Technology of the centrifugal casting of bimetallic rollers for MCCB is developed. Influencing of hot treatment, including, for hot cast rollers from complex alloyed steels on their structure, mechanical and operating properties are probed. Industrial tests of the developed constructions, chemical compositions and technological processes of the centrifugal casting of rollers firmness of rollers in 2.2,5 time are allowed to promote.
