Essay

The thesis is devoted to researching of the Cauchy problem for equations from classes E_21^B - E_23^B under special conditions on the matrix B. These classes generalize classes E_21 and E_22 of degenerate parabolic equations of Kolmogorov type accordingly of any 2b and the second orders, likewise the class E_23 of degenerate parabolic equations of Kolmogorov type with a vector 2b-parabolic part on the main variables from the monograph of S.D. Eidelman, S.D. Ivasyshen and A.N. Kochubei.
