Essay

The subject of research: information-measuring system's of control of methane concentration in coal mines. The aim - increase fast-acting of measuring device, when fixed exactness of control of methane concentration in coal mines is required, on the basis of optical-absorption method of control with the open optical channel when influence of the destabilizing factors of mine air are taking into account and compensated. Simulator of measuring device on the basis of optical-absorption method of control with the open optical channel. Method of nonlinear multiplicative compensation of influence of the slack on the results of methane concentration measurement. Two-channel optoelectronic measuring device with algorithm of compensation of influence of the slack, which provides increasing of fast-acting up to the 0.1 s level under requirement of fixed value of absolute measurement error of bulk concentration of methane no more than 0,2vol% was developed. Model of information-measuring system of the methane concentration control was developed. This model allows appreciating the fast-acting and accuracy of the developed measuring device. Pre-production model is based on the developed model of information-measuring system and elaborated on the National Enterprise "Petrovskii coal engineering plant".
