3. In dissertation probed becoming and development of the state system of formation of all-Russian type in Crimea at the end of XVIII-beginning of XX c. As a result of the conducted research on the basis of the archived and printing sources it is possible to do next conclusions. Becoming and development of state formation of all-Russian type in Crimea at the end of XVIII - beginning of XX. In the Crimean districts, becoming and development of the state system of education moved faster, than in the north districts of the Tavricheskoy province.There was becoming of womanish education in Crimea. Primary and middle education for girls became more accessible. Research showed that the most developed part of the Tavricheskoy province on business of education were exactly the Crimean districts. Crimea occupied one of the first places in European part of Russia on development of education, that defined high intellectual potential of multinational population of peninsula on the whole.
