The purpose of the dissertation is microalloyed hypoeutectic silumins strength and plasticity increase in order to expansion of spheres of use silumins, is not only reception castings, but also the products made by methods of processing by pressure.For the first time quantitative dependences of structure characteristics and mechanical properties from quantity of Sr and Sc and cooling rate at material crystallization and from heat treatment temperature-time parameters for alloy АК7ч (Sr, Sc) are defined.For the first time quantitative dependences of structure characteristics and mechanical properties of modified by strontium and scandium АК7ч alloy from melt hydrocircular and hydrogen treatment are received. For the first time by rolling a bar thickness 2,4 mm is got. It allows to extend possibilities of the use of casting alloy of Ak7ch for manufacturing of wares as by the method of casting also by the pressure processing.
