In thesises is solved important research problem foundry machine production - a reception exact and qualitative casting by way designed variants to adaptation technology quick prototypirovaniya (RP) when designing and fabrication of the foundry rig. The Incorporated notion of the corrective factor of the deflections - Ko, as affecting factor on accu-racy and workmanship of the casting, are determined his(its) amounting importances for each type tech-nology considered installation and their materials, as well, as is proved need of his(its) account on stage of the designing of the rig and her(its) fabrications (definitely place 3D models of the foundry rig on axi-ses X, Y, Z table of the building of the installation), minimizing this, threads of the selected way of the building, applicable installation and their material that is reflected on geometries building form surfaces of the casting, dimensioned accuracy, as well as building element of the foundry rig. The most efficient variants of the designing foundry attachment stack are Determined with using the calculation of the dimensioned chains, taking into account adjustment factor deflections - Ko, on example "Model module" - a variant of the model rig, offered by competitor, as possibility of the use technology quick prototypirovaniya for fabrication of the foundry rig, on that is received patent of the Ukraine in coauthorship
