Burak O. Economic Regulating Development of Greenery Planting System of Cities and Regions of Ukraine under Conditions of Urbanization

Object of the research: is a process of functioning of the Ukrainian cities' and regions' greenery system under the conditions of urbanization. Aim: is generalizing scientific and methodic fundamentals and approaches to the process of economic regulating of cities and regions greenery system development, treating specific sides and developing proposals dealing with improving its economic regulating with economically substantiated mechanism. Methods of research: generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis, system analysis, balance method and method of expert judgments. Determined: the technique of financial resource forming for major repairs of green plantations and their further differentiation on the base of five-level scheme according to their qualitative characteristics. Improved : definition of the concept "greenery system", basic elements of this system have been improved, its structure and functions have been concretized; basic notions of the prospective plan of complex greening have been improved Implemented: an approach to defining an indicator "complex characteristic of a territory", practical recommendations in planning expenditures for major repairs of green plantations have been implemented. Application domains: domain of use is encompassed by local authorities bodies, enterprises and organizations in the sphere of greenery, institutions commanding budget finance, institutions of higher education.
