Essay

Object of research: process of regional development subbranch of nonmetallic building materials. The purpose: developing of scientifically proved recommendations concerning improvement of the organizational-methodical mechanism of formation кластеров nonmetallic building materials in regions of Ukraine. Research methods: methods of the system analysis and research of operations, mathematical and statistical methods, methods of comparisons and analogies, a method of generalisation and econometrical modelling. Defined: concept "logistics" as sciences about planning, control and managements of transportation, warehousing both other material and non-material operations which are carried out in the course of finishing of raw materials to the industrial enterprise, intrafactory processing of raw materials, materials and half-finished products, finished goods to the consumer according to interests and requirements of the one and also transfers, preservation and information processings. Offered: the passport of the target program of development of ekologo-economical system of career extraction of nonmetallic building materials. Developed: economic-mathematical model of optimisation of set of investment projects for creation кластера the enterprises of nonmetallic building materials in which as the criterion is selected the general profit кластера under conditions of use of available resources and within admissible risk. Use sphere: regional authorities, the building enterprises, the enterprises subbranch nonmetallic building materials, higher educational institutions.
