Dissertation is devoted to development of technology and exploitation regimes for gasdynamic slag cut-off system on the basis of examination of a impact jets gasdynamics and heat exchange. For the first time engineering models of a leak-in supersonic and subsonic nonisothermal gaseous jet on the dead-end channel on the basis of preserving for structure of a jet in the dead-end channel are offered. For the first time the criterial equations for gasdynamic similarities of a leak-in of a nonisothermal gaseous jet on the dead-end channel are obtained. For the first time the regimes of interacting for the transition section of supersonic and the basic section of a subsonic stream of gas with an incompressible flow, and also the energy and geometrical performances of a gaseous jet determining change of a regime of its interacting with a fluid stream are experimentally defined. For a regime of the complete locking of incompressible liquid in the channel theoretically confirmed the depth of penetration of gas in a stratum of a fluid. The technology and alternatives of a design for gasdynamic slag cut-off system are developed at a tapping from converters and experimental approbation is carried out.
