Essay

The Object - activity of Immunе and antioxidant systems in cows in the last month of pregnancy, after partition and in their calves, as well as in calves of early period of life under influence of vitamins A, D3, E, selenium and inter-feron. Aim - To establish an influence of vitamins A, D3, E, selenium and interferon as liposomal preparates on the activity of Immun and antioxidant systems in cows in the last month of pregnancy and in their calves, as well as in calves of early period of life. Methods -immunological, biochemical (spectrofotometrical, chromatographical), gema-tological, clinical, statistical. Novelty - for the first time was conducted complex research of Immune and antioxidant systems status in cows in the last month of pregnancy, after partition and in their calves, as well as in calves of early period of life under influence of vitamins A, D3, E, selenium and interferon. It was established parameters of Immun status in newborn calves and was shown direct correlation of it to activity of immune defense system in cows and it's changes during the postnatal period. It was received new data about the influence of liposomal preparates that contain vitamins A, D3, E and selenium separately, as well as in combination with interferon, on the activity of Immun and an-tioxidant systems in cows and their calves as well as in calves of early period of life. It was shown positive influence of preparat "Interflok" (patent № 19309 from 15.12.2006), that contains vitamins A, D3, E, selenium and interferon after introduction it to cows in late periods of pregnancy and newborn calves in order to increase their immuno-diological reactivity, for prophylaxy of immunodeficits, for increasing vitality and survival of calves.
