Essay

The Object - kolienterotoxaemia disease in piglets and specific gam- globulins effect in prophylaxis of this disease at weaning piglets from the sow. Goal - define immune status and biochemical blood profile in clinically healthy and sick on Kolienterotoxaemia piglets and also find out the influence of specific gam-globulins on these indices. Methods of the researches - immunologic, biochemical, zootechnical, statistic. Novelty - in piglets sick on Kolienterotoxaemia the increase of leucocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes quantity and decrease of segmentnuclear neutrophils, T-lymphocytes (general and theophylline-resistant) and B-lymphocytes and their avidity, decrease of serum Ig G and phagocytic neutrophil activity in piglets sick on kolienterotoxaemia was revealed. The increase of lipid peroxidation products and middle mass molecules concentration and aminotransferases activity in blood serum was stated. In the lipids of blood lymphocytes of piglets sick on kolienterotoxaemia the lower content of arachidonic acid and higher content of lauric and myristic acids fat acids was revealed. The stimulating influence of specific gama-globulins on T- and B-lymphocytes activity, lisozyme blood serum activity, Ig G, Ig М content and phagocytic neutrophil activity was proved. The normalizing effect of gama-globulins on lipid peroxidation indices, immune defence and erythropoiesis of piglets at weaning from the sow and at kolienterotoxaemia conditions.
