Object - regeneration processes in growth and development of grape initial explants in vitro culture; aim -creation and improvement of methods for in vitro culture to use in selection and propagation of grapevine; methods - agrobiological, biometrical, biotechnological, isolated anthers culture, immature seed embryos, mathematic-statistical; novelty - the content of nutrient media have been improved, technological procedures for in virto culture for selection and induction of multishoots in propagation of grapevine have been grounded; results - industrial recommendations have been carried out, more than 2.700 plants have been grown and micro-nursery for 10 new grape varieties and clones has been prepared for further study; branch - viticulture.
