Essay

The thesis is developed to the problems of mathematical modeling of social-economics processes, namely the development of models distribution, methods of decomposition inequality and poverty indices, impact assessment of economic growth, redistribution, social programs and taxation on the welfare. We developed axiomatization indices of poverty and build hierarchy additive-separable codes. Fjr lognormal model have been calculated elasticities, theoretical value indices of poverty and replacement ratios between inequality and growth. Have been built and researched the model of influence the minimum wage to poverty. The influence of substitution progressive tax system by the inequality-neutral linear system with the basic exemption from taxation of work and fixed-income tax we are on the level of polarization and poverty have been researched.
