Оrexovska O. Regulation of development of a city on the basis of improvement of investment maintenance of housing and municipal services

Research object: process of regulation of development of cities of Ukraine. Purpose: development of scientifically methodical and practical bases of adjusting of development of city is on the basis of perfection of the investment providing of housing and municipal services. Methods: synthesis, analysis, territorial approaches, system structural analysis, економіко mathematical design and економіко hind casting. Results: investigational process of adjusting of development of city from position of perfection of the investment providing of housing and municipal services; the logistic system of the investment providing of housing and municipal services is formed for the cities of different types; certainly directions of increase of competitiveness of city as an object for realization of investment projects in housing and municipal services on the basis of perfection of marketing of city.
