Serdyuchenko O. Administrative and law foundations of maintaining energetic security of Ukraine

In this research thesis complex research on administrative and law problems of maintaining the energetic security of Ukraine is carried out. From the administrative and legal point of view the notion of "state energetic security" is developed and its essentials are clued. Fundamentals of maintaining energetic security of Ukraine are defined and legal initial conditions of establishing the institutes of state energetic security of Ukraine are satisfied. In this thesis accumulation of state agency that actually fulfills maintenance of state energetic security in a way of executing the function of building, realization, and control over realization of state energy policy is investigated. Offers for quantitative structure optimization and functional extension of state agency for effective realization of state energy policy are developed. Essential problems of state energy handling in Ukraine are stipulated and offers on their solution are developed. The matter of administrative responsibility for delict in the sphere of maintenance energetic security of Ukraine is analyzed.
