Inflow chlorоformsolution matter and oil hydrocarbons in a storm drain and a drain of thawed snow from an atmosphere and soil is determined. Carried out research unorganized storm drains are a significant source of oil pollution of a sea coastal zone in Sevastopol. For the first time process of influence of an organic and oil component of three storm drains on chemical and bacteriological parameters of water area of Kazachya Bay is investigated and changes which occur in the sea environment at receipt of storm drains are revealed. In a zone of mixture of storm drains and sea water the insignificant increase in the contents of polluting substances in sea water is marked. At receipt of storm drains in sea water number bacteria increased at the beginning and decreased then. Influence of a storm drain on water area of a Kazachya Bay can be estimated as short-term (1 day). The volume of the pollution acting with storm drains in water area of Kazachya Bay and in the Sevastopol bays is designed. Results of research can be used for carrying out of ecological monitoring at the organization of service of ecological maintenance Naval Forces of Ukraine, by development of a complex of actions for improvement of quality of coastal waters of Sevastopol.
