Essay

The thesis is devoted to defining the role of membrane and mobile buffers in the energy-exchange reactions of protons in photosynthetic membranes. Using the method of infrared gas analysis determined the content of bicarbonate, is firmly associated with the membranes of thylakoids in the dark, and it is shown that the illumination of a suspension of isolated thylakoids is reversibly absorbs CO2 from the gas phase.
