Essay

The thesis is devoted to improve treatment of patients with disorders of reparative osteogenesis after diaphyseal fractures of long bones of lower limbs. The paper presents differentiated approach to block intramedullary osteosynthesis and application of bone plastic. Based on the histomorphologycal research of the material taken after drill the bone cerebrospinal canal in patients with disorders of reparative osteogenesis there was determined the nature of changes in the proximal and distal part of the bone. On the basis of immunological studies osteogenetic activity of stromal stem cells of femur bone medulla in patients with disorders of reparative osteogenesis was determined. A new method of bone plastic in patients with disorders of reparative osteogenesis was developed, as the plastic material mixture-shaving is used, which is formed when drill bone medulla canal. Algorithms of differential use of block intramedullary osteosynthesis and bone plastic in patients with DRO after diaphyseal lower limb fractures based on consideration of the severity of injury, bone defect and its size. The comparative analysis of the impact of treatment under application of plate fixation and block intramedullary osteosynthesis in patients with disorders of reparative osteogenesis after diaphyseal fractures of lower limbs' bones
