Dissertation is devoted to research and decision of scientific and technical tasks of intellectual networks construction with raised security level on the base of computer-telephone integration (CTI), which provides possibilities of CTI services synthesis in the real time, and also to increase level of information security, which is translated in CTI. The methods of formalization and decomposition of computer telephony resources are examined, the terms of achievement of minimum decomposition level are offered, formal presentation of CTI resources and environment of CTI terms, which allows synthesizing reactive environment on the basis of the formalized hardware-functional resources of computer telephony, are shown. Universal functionally of complete hardware-software environment for the synthesis of computer telephony services and formalized universal environment, is developed for the synthesis of tasks of raise of CTI security level, which providing services synthesizing for voice mail service realization. With the use of complexes of Petri-networks generation, capacity and absence of functions conflict are shown, both in universal, functionally complete hardware-software environment for the computer telephony services synthesis and to the synthesized CTI voice mail service realization. Original methods, algorithms and complexes of CTI security level increase are offered on the basis of key-authenticator, namely: authentication mechanisms, providing of integrity, confidentiality and non-repudiation in the systems of computer telephony. Methods, algorithms and complexes of user's authentication are offered, including the use of timer code sequences in place of DTFM-signals, which will allow promoting safety level during work of CTI services and secret information transfer. On the basis of the developed methods, algorithms and complexes proper hardware-software complexes are created and efficiency of their work is tested.
