The thesis considers actual problems of design of qualitative theory of stability and stabilization impulse dynamical systems with finite aftereffect adjusted for Markov's disturbance. Thesis deals with stabilization of such dynamical systems to the stability in whole under the control with minimization of the transitional process; usage of the theory of optimal control for mathematical models of controllable dynamical systems, investigation of dynamical trawling system and design of software for this model.
