Essay

The object is the forming system of heavy lathes. The purpose is the increase of exactness and productivity of treatment on heavy lathes by development, research and introduction of exactness adaptive control system. The methods are fundamental bases of theory of forming, theoretical mechanics, wave optics, electrical engineering and electronics. Novelty is the increase of treatment exactness by the task of trajectory form of the support longitudinal moving on the standard surface, which realized as the surface of laser ray equal intensity. The results - trajectory exactness of longitudinal serve of heavy lathe grew in three times. Industry is machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
