Dissertation is devoted to innovation of load ability ensuring and durability of heavy-loaded machines by means of development of software-and-modeling complex of deflected mode modeling taking into account of machines load-bearing elements characteristics degradation for justification their structure and parameters is offered in the work. Developed complex of parametric, mathematical, geometric and finite element models allows to fulfill multiple-choice calculations of design construction deflected mode and to do sums of parametric and structure synthesis to criteria of output capacity preservation and remaining life of heavy-loaded machines to condition not only on initial moment (as traditional approach) but also preassigned one taking into account required date and exploitation guaranteeing. Worked out according to results of thesis study recommendations have given an opportunity to make and to introduce into an industry line of heavy-loaded machines granted all working demands for 25 years providing with reliable and uninterrupted operation.
