Essay

Dissertation is devoted to energy efficiency usage management in powertechnological systems for the conditions of uncertain information. New classification attributes of energy-saving potential kinds and the unified technique for estimation of energy-saving potential with alfa-level method using are offered in the work to increase adequacy of estimation of energy-saving potential for the conditions of uncertain information. Single-criteria optimization and multi-criteria models for optimum plan energy-saving measures creation was offered. The energy-saving measures ranging with the help of qualitative and quantitative criteria using additionally a scale of relative importance was offered for carrying out the choice of energy-saving measures introduction priority in multi-criteria models.
