Essay

The thesis is devoted to further improvement of parameters and characteristics of direct pulse generator of ultra wideband radars, especially improvement the output power, the pulse arising and dropping time, and the performance index by means of the using supercapacitors. The impedance parameterization method is developed at first time. This method is differed by using of the impedance spectra in wide frequency range for different charging voltages. The mathematical model of the direct pulse generator of ultra wideband radars is improved. The block diagram and the schematic are developed for direct pulse generator of ultra wideband radars by using supercapacitors; hardware and software for solving of the applied tasks of at the investigation of the supercapacitors parameters and characteristics which are using in the direct pulse generator of ultra wideband radars.
