Essay

The object of the research is the process of development of regions of Ukraine as well as the management technologies of interaction between the resort services producers, customers and local government. The aim is to theoretically substantiate and develop scientific and methodical recommendations for the improvement of the social and economic mechanism of the regional resort complexes development on the whole as well as its structural components. The methods of the research: structural and synthesis, regressive analysis, mathematical method of formation of taxonomic integral index of development and multimeasuring statistical method of canonic correlations. Determined is the content of the conception of social and economic mechanism of a resort complexes development in which the unity of the following structural elements is grounded: organization of the resort complexes management technologies and organizations of joint activities of recreational enterprises as well as the approaches to availability ensuring for resort services. Developed is the technology of development and realization of cheques, i.e. the technology for which, for the first time the structural and functional characteristics of its applications in the resort regions of Ukraine are determined and suggested as well as the priority directions of the complexes development. Applied are the recommendations for application of the model of the common informational space integrating the informational flows of the resort institutions as well as the methods of recreational services availability ensuring. The sphere of application lies in practical activities of resort enterprises and local governments, in the educational activity of liger educational establishments.
