Essay

The object of research - the process of liquid mediums' level control by ultrasound method with variable actuating impulse. The subject of research - the method and ultrasound control device of liquid mediums' level with variable actuating impulse. The ways of research: theoretical and experimental research , based on the theory of reological conversions and the method of zero gradient; methods of mathmatical and physical modelling and the theory of nonlinear differential equations; the theory of measurement and control errors, regression and correlation analysis; the methods of mathmatical statistics. In consequence of dissertation execution the way of ultrasound liquid mediums' level measuring in technological apparatus with variable actuating impulse and ultrasound device based on it are suggested. Using the theory of reological conversions the electrodeformation processes ocurring in piezoceramic transducer are reseached and the mathematical models of conversions for emitted and recieved ultrasound signals are gotten. Using the gotten in analytical form mathematical models of an ultrasound level control device signals the factors influencing on a dead zone and metrological characteristics are reseached. The equation of static characteristics of the ultrasound control device of liquid mediums' level with variable actuating impulse are gotten. Mathematical models of the ultrasound control device of level with variable actuating impulse for calculating measurement errors are developed and its research is done. The blockdiagram, functional and circuit diagrams of The ultrasound control device of level with variable actuating impulse are suggested. The experimental static characteristics for different parameters of gaseous environment are gotten. The degree of implementation - implemented in manufacturing of "Mikroterm" ltd., in educational process of Technological Institute of Eastukrainian National University by name of Vladimir Dalj (Severodonetsk). The field of application - in institutes and factories, designing and producing ultrasound control devices of liquids.
