Essay

Object of researches: boiler of low-temperature fluid bed mine self-contained preheater of air. Subject of researches: the system of automatic control of thermal productivity boiler of low-temperature fluid bed. Research methods: methods of the modern theory of automatic control, decomposition and commoning, theories of burning of firm fuel, the theory warmly - and mass transfer in top internal space, the mathematical statistics, the theory of planning of experiments, the mathematical modelling co-ordinating managements are applied. Scientific novelty: the mathematical model of boiler installation of the boiling layer, the two-level multicoherent system of automatic control by thermal productivity boiler of LTFB, the further development a way of management of thermal productivity of fire chamber LTFB. Practical value: program complex and a modelling technique boiler, structure of construction of system of automatic control boiler, lower detention lag on a control path giving of firm fuel , the system of automatic control is improved by fire chamber НТКС, the typical complex of means for realisation of a control system by objects of the given class and the recommendation according to its economic efficiency is offered. Results of scientific and practical researches of dissertational work it is used at carrying out montazhno-naladochnyh and updating and development of projects buildings and modernisations mines.
