Research object: blood system at hyperepidermopoesys. Research aim: to discover the structural and functional characteristics of the plasmatic membranes of blood cells (erythrocytes and lymphocytes) at hyperepidermopoesys. Research methods: spectrophotometry, chemiluminescence, chromatography, electrophoresis, atom-adsorbing spectroscopy, light and electron microscopy, statistics. Theoretical and practical results, innovations: it was shown, that at hyperepidermopoesys in blood cells changes of glykocalix, protein spectrum, ganglioside spectrum, sialic acids, gexsoses, hexuronic acids content, Na+,K+-ATPase and Са2+-ATPase activity takes place. It was determined, that the oxidative processes are initiated at hyperepidermopoesys, which conclude in activation of chemiluminiscence, malondialdehyde level increase and intensification of protein oxidation in blood cells and serum, what results in endotoxicosis. Oxidative processes and endotoxicosis exert damaging effect on the blood cells glykocalix condition. The assumption was made, that the vital part in involving blood cells into the pathologic process at psoriasis plays membrane transgressions, and their surface properties, first of all. Area of usage: in medical diagnostic centers for activity of psoriatic process evaluation.
