Essay

Work is devoted to the decision of a problem of development of cyclic systems of industrial hydrodrives with reduced power consumption. It is certain and researched factors which influence a level dissipation energy in systems after levels of hydrodevices and in mission profile their works and the direction of reduction of power losses is offered. It is de-veloped and checked experimentally up logic-functional model with more device cyclic sys-tems which consists of a functional, logical and power component and which allows to predict power losses. Change of temperature of a working liquid is developed a technique for comparison on a parameter of power efficiency of different circuit decisions of hydraulic systems which considers simultaneous work of executive devices, loading on drives, mission profile works of system and assess with a margin error which does not exceed 3%. By results of scientific researches and the offered techniques it is developed a package of applied programs "MAS 2.0" which allows to predict power characteristics of cyclic sys-tem of hydrodrives behind types of the circuit decision that provides reduction of the initial stage of designing and reduces a level of power consumption of the developed industrial system.
