Kuzmina T. Embryology and peculiarities of natural renewal of Brassica taurica (Tzvel.) Tzvel. and Cardamine graeca L. (Brassicaceae) in the Crimea

The results of the study of male and female generative sphere and seeds morphology and viability of Brassica taurica (Tzvel.) Tzvel. and Cardamine graeca L. - species, which have limited natural area on the territory of the Crimea are presented. The types of pollination have been determined. As a result of seeds production analyses low values of seeds production coefficient (0,36 and 0,21, accordingly for B. taurica and C. graeca) and generative activity (for B. taurica - R=0,33, C. graeca - R=2,98) have been set out in the conditions of studied local populations. Factors which limit seeds production of B. taurica and C. graeca have been found out.
