This dissertation is devoted to the urgent scientific and technical problem of regular occurrences of shaping complex coverage B, Cr, Al assignment and development of optimal compositions and techniques of complex coverage obtainment is solved. The influence of complex saturation of steel 10 in powder mixtures containing 0 - 25 % Al, 0 - 25 % Cr3C2, 0 - 25 % B4C, 7 % NaCl, the remainder Al2O3 by means of simplex lattices method is examined. For the first time the influence of the catalyst type in powder mixture and carbon contents in steel 10 and steel У13 is displayed at the temperature of 1000оС (oven dwelling time - 5 hours). The influence of low tempering annealing on borated, chromed, aluminized coatings is examined. Operation of borating, chromizing, aluminizing (heating in the mixture containing В4С 40 %, FeCr 10 %, Al2O3 43 %, Na3AlF6 7 % at the temperature of 900оС and 5 hours' dwelling time) is developed, which is introduced at the Open Joint-Stock company "The research-and-production enterprise Osnastka" (Kramatorsk) in the production of bars for grain cylinder used for sunflower-seed oil production at the Closed Joint-Stock company "Slovyanskolia" (Slavyansk) (the from December 8, th 2006 ), and a former block press used in production of polymeric linear insulators ЛК70-35 at the State enterprise "Scientific research institute of high voltages". Mechanical article resistance was raised 3-4 times (the from mach 7, th 2008).
