Essay

Object: blood of rats with Guerin's carcinoma. Aim: to investigate the influence of rhenium cluster compounds with organic ligands in liposomal form on biochemical indexes in blood of rats with Guerin's carcinoma at them introduction on the scheme of antioxidant therapy and with cisplatinum. Methods: biochemical, physical-chemical, model of tumor's growth. It was elaborated newel antitumor system rhenium-platinum. It was shown its antioxidant, antianemic and antitumor activities in the model of tumor's growth. The properties of rhenium cluster compounds to stabilize of biochemical indexes at the cancerogenesis may be used in medical practice for creation newel methods of tretment in oncotherapy.
