Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to question of the improvement of the technological features of the fabrication and fusion processes and composition of powdered strip for mechanized arc fusion of the metallurgical equipment's details, that has high stability against burrage. Object of research - the mechanized arc fusion of wearproof alloys with powdered strip. Subject of research - the technological modes of production of strip and descriptions of fusion process. Methods of research - basic positions of theory of welding processes, methods of theory of the planned experiment and mathematical statistics, experiments in conditions of laboratories. The complex of theoretical and experimental studies, directed on development of the methods of calculation, revision of the raw datas, decisions of optimization problems and, as effect, improvement of the technological features of the fabrication and fusion processes and composition of powdered strip for electric arc fusion of the metallurgical equipment's details, is organized. The composition of the metal for recovering of the metallurgical equipment's details with optimum combination of manufacturing and wear capability is designed. The powdered strip with contents of components, providing good welding-technological characteristic, is designed. Approbation of technological process of producing and fusion of powdered strip in conditions of ОJC "Mariupoliskiy plant im. Iliicha" and СJC "Kramatorskiy plant of metal constructions" is provided. Recommended for fusion of details of metallurgical equipment.
