Essay

The object of research. The processes of structurization and the formation laws of modified oxirane polymers which were generated in the external constant magnetic and electric fields. The purpose of research was to establish the basic laws of influence of the external constant magnetic and electric fields on the structure and properties of polymeric composites on a basis epoxide resin and metal oxides (Al2O3 or Fe2O3) or their mixtures with polyaniline. The methods of research. IR-spectroscopy, wide- and small-angle scattering of X-rays, differential scanning calorimetry, electronic microscopy, the thermomechanical analysis, dielectric relaxational spectroscopy, the measurements of heat conductivity and electrical conduction. Theoretical and practical results. It was established, that under the influence of constant magnetic and electric fields there were observed decrease of the size of the iron oxide crystallites in composites and the change of the effective size of microareas of heterogeneity lp of polymeric systems. All these characteristics were reflected on their thermal and electrophysical properties. The practical importance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of prediction of the structurization and of complex of polymeric system properties by filler activation by external magnetic or electric field. This gives an opportunity to get the materials with improved characteristics which can be used as polymeric materials in radio technical and radio-electronic devices.
