Object: processes of forming and development of innovative activity in a region. Purpose: ground of theoretical, methodical and applied principles of innovative development of economy of region and development of organizational-economic mechanisms of providing of its realization. Methods: system-structural, structural-functional, multifactor comparative analysis, economic-statistical. Results: the algorithm of determination of size of effect is first offered from the production of new goods in a region taking into account the degree of risk, the structure of the complex providing of efficiency of regional innovative policy is improved. Use: in activity of Main Administration of Economy of Lviv Regional State Administration, in the educational process of the Lviv State Financial Academy.
