Voitenko G. Regional aspects of formation and use of labour potential of countrysides (on an example of areas Carpation of region)

The problems of formation, updating and effective use of manpower resources in accordance with further development, introduction of new management forms and formation of appropriate infrastructure are defined. Special features of natural migration and formation of the manpower potential of the Carpathian region through the prism of three popula-tion updating modes, namely: extended, simple and narrow (depopulation) have been analysed. Economic division of Ukraine as well as districts proposed by S.I.Dorohuntsov and А.М.Fedorishcheva where the Carpathian economic dis-trict (including Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi region) was appointed. It has been proved that at pre-sent stage of agrarian relations development in the village the main direction to improve the organizational structure of agrarian sector in itself and of (AIC) agro-industrial complex in general, is diversification of the property forms and on this basis increasing the ways of labour application, improved competition in labour relations sphere. It is the combina-tion of individual farming advantages, ensuring the commodity production of personal and individual farming of the population and using the existing material basis of collective and state agricultural enterprises, further privatization and cooperation of collective industrial forms with the small farming forms to have a powerful influence on socio-economic potential of the rural areas of the Ukrainian Carpathians.
