The dissertation is devoted to development of models and algorithms of diagnosing and reliability maintenance of functional - superfluous systems of heterogeneous computer networks. Problems of the analysis of known methods, models and algorithms of diagnosing and reliability maintenance of heterogeneous computer networks, development of new principles, models and algorithms of self-diagnosing and self-restoration with adaptive reconfiguration of structures after failures of functional - superfluous systems of heterogeneous computer networks are put and solved. Development of methodology, models and algorithms for reliability maintenance of functional - superfluous firewalls; an experimental research of adequacy and efficiency of the developed models and algorithms are worked out.
