Essay

The objects are technogenic successions in aspect of influencing of different amphibian species of the steppe Dnieper region. The aim is to analyze the dynamics of ecological properties of different amphibian species and populations, and also biochemical parameters and interaction of heavy metals in organs and tissues of amphibians living in biogeocenoses of the steppe Dnieper region on different phases of locally catastrophic successions. The methods are bioecological, morpho-physiological, biochemical, physico-chemical, biometric. The content of heavy metals and their interaction in organs and tissues of amphibians from biotopes of different transformation rate were determined. The least bioaccumulation factors were found in amphibians inhabited the Diyovsky overflow land and areas of the industrial sewage inflow. Possibility of the use of different amphibian species as bioindicators of the populations' state and the heavy metals pollution rate of individuals, populations, animal communities and the environment of the steppe Dnieper region has been determined. Application sphere are the training courses and renewal of amphibian species.
