The dissertation is devoted to the problem of developing social intelligence of psychologists to be. The research results of social intelligence peculiarities of psychologists to be are substantiated in dissertation. It is proved that cognitive, emotional and communicative-organizing components of the third year students are the least developed. The connection between the level of social intelligence and personal psychological characteristics is defined. Exterior and inner conditions of developing social intelligence are revealed. Worked out by the author the training for developing social intelligence. The result of its approbation proves the expediency to use it with the purpose of raising the social interaction efficiency.
