Essay

The results of the research of the spontaneus allergy in the dogs caused by the protein nutrition have been done in the thesis. The results of the pathogenic influence of the protein in the organism of the puppies have been presented. Comparative analysis of the research results in the dogs with the spontaneus allergy caused by the protein nutrition, and in the puppies under the experimental injection of the protein and serum of the hourse's blood have been carried out. The changes of the clinical, morphological, biochemical and immunological index of the dogs' and puppys' blood under the spontaneus allergy caused by the protein nutrition have been reserched in the experimental conditions. Pathogenic influence of the protein into the organism of the puppies have been proved. Eosinophilia, increase of activity of АCТ, АLТ and ?-amylase, T-helper number increase and T-supressor number decrease, supression of the factors of the nonspecific natural resistance, increase of the immuno regulator index of B-lymphocytes, increase of Ig E and circilaiting immune complex formula have been detected.
