Pezentsali G. Information technology of pre-design investigation anddesign of the functional organization of the hospital's complex information system

The dissertation represent the new solution for the problem of development of the information technology in the field of pre-design investigation and design of the functional organization of hospitals' complex information system. To achieve this goal the technological processes of medical service of patients were analysed as well as the other business-processes and the data flows of different types of hospitals, the core functions of these processes were discovered and used, in conjunction with the function of system administration, as a basis of functional model of hospitals' complex information system. The hospitals' complex information systems' functional model was developed as the Use Cases allocated on the three levels of hierarchy (functions, tasks and subtasks). The method of investigation of the functional model, which based on the describtions of attributes of Use Cases and calculations of functionality degree indexes of the system and the degree indexes of functions' view (reproducing in the workstations), was developed and applied. The obtained results were analysed to determine the properties of system and to control the implementation of information system. The key principles were discovered, the mechanisms, algorithms and methods for realization of the functions of planning and of medical consulting services of patients were developed. Approach to design, realization and maintenance of the complex information system at the hospitals' conditions was proposed.
