Object: processes of forming and development of state support of small entrepreneurship in a region. Purpose: research of processes of forming of the regional programs of state support of small entrepreneurship and development of methodical recommendations on the choice of priority directions of its development in a region. Methods: monographic, system analysis, questioning, taxonomic, expert, multicriterion complex optimization on the basis of linear compressions. Results: the concept of financial viability of direction of development of small entrepreneurship is first formulated, the structure of the regional programs of development of small entrepreneurship is improved. Use: at development of the Regional Program of Development of Small Entrepreneurship in the Khmelnytsky Region, in the educational process of the Poltava University of Consumer Cooperation of Ukraine.
